Funds of a museum acquaint visitors with products of painting, graphic arts, sculptures of the Soviet period.
Now the main funds of the museum has 11476 units of storage. Uniqueness of the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Fine Arts Museum is in existence of the following collections:
Collection of ritual sculpture, collection of clothes, utensils and ornaments, products from fabric, fish leather, birch, willow, metal, tree and fur, embroideries, applications, wood engravings, mosaics, weavings, incrustations etc. of Priamurye people by the end of 19th – 20th century.
Collection of chineese folk piicture nianhua dated by the second part of the 19th century – beginning of the 20th/
The only one in Russia collection of arts of the american painter Sergey Bongart;
Collection of industrial graphics of the end of 19th – 20th century, consisting of labels of the largest tobacco factories of Moscow, Petersburg, countries of Europe, America, Asia, Africa. They are executed by leading masters of art associations of Moscow;
Collection of theatrically-decorative paintings of Petersburg - Leningrad and Moscow 1900-1950 years, and also collection of sketches of scenery and suits of leading theatrical artists.
Collection of painting and graphics of G.A.Tsivilev - the first professional artist of Komsomolsk in 1930-1940;
Collection of E.K.Evenbah works which basic components are engravings, pictures and water colors. All of them have been created by the author during expeditions along the Amur in 1930th . Illustrations to the first abc-books of northern people are unique also;
