The Gorin river

The Gorin river is the left inflow of the Amur river, in which it runs on the 546 km from its mouth. The river takes its beginning on the North-Western slope of the Dayani mountain ridge. The length makes 390 km. In its top current the valley is narrow and mountainous, in the middle it extends in the region of mountain hollow up to 2-4 km, in its bottom is wide and marshy.

The main right inflows are Gaichan or Air (54 km), Hurmuli (96 km); left inflows are Big Elga (69 km), Hagdu (68 km), Kharpin (221 km), Boktor (135 km).

Gorin is one of the most beautiful taiga rivers on the Russian Far East. In bottom current of the river the Komsomolsky State Reserve is located.
